In-store pickup is faster when you are nearby. Place your order online through our Dutchie menu, and it is usually ready for pickup in 10 to 15 minutes. Walk in, show your ID, grab your bag, and leave. There is no waiting for a driver, no watching a tracking screen, and no worrying about traffic on Ocean Parkway.

If you need cannabis quickly and live close to Brighton Beach, pickup wins on speed. If you are across Brooklyn or prefer not to travel, delivery saves you the trip entirely.

Product Selection: Is the Menu the Same?

ID Verification Process

For In-Store Pickup

When you walk into QCD Brooklyn, a team member checks your government-issued photo ID at the entrance. You must be 21 or older. Acceptable IDs include a driver’s license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. This check happens once, right when you enter the dispensary. After that, you are free to browse, ask questions, and make your purchase.

For Delivery

Your delivery driver performs the same ID check at your door. New York State law requires it for every delivery — no exceptions. Have your valid photo ID ready when the driver arrives. The name on your ID must match the name on the order. If the ID does not match or the customer cannot produce valid identification, the driver is required by law to leave with the order.

Payment Options

QCD accepts the same payment methods for both delivery and in-store purchases:

• Cash — Always accepted. For delivery, have the exact amount or close to it ready for the driver.
• Debit card — Accepted in-store and for delivery. Select debit at checkout through Dutchie.
• DutchiePay — A cashless payment option built into the ordering platform. Link your bank account for a seamless checkout experience on both delivery and pickup orders.

Credit cards are not accepted for cannabis purchases in New York — this is an industry-wide restriction, not a QCD policy.
